The Sierra Vista Open

The Huachucans

The Huachucans is an organization of individuals who are dedicated to rendering constructive civic services for the benefit of the community.  The primary vehicle for this effort is by supporting selected youth activities.

Over the years the Huachucans have raised and donated over $300,000 to youth activities such as the Boys and Girls Club of Sierra Vista, Sierra Vista Public Schools, the Miss Sierra Vista Scholarship Foundation, Cochise County LEARN Lab, Special Olympics, Project Graduation, Pop Warner football, Just Kids stocking stuffers, Buena High School Scholastic club, Girls Fast pitch softball teams, CANTER, Little League baseball and more.

If your organization would like to apply for funding from the Huachucans, please click here to obtain our funding application form.  Applications must be received by March 31, 2011.  You may mail the application or give it to any Huachucan.

The Sierra Vista Open and the activities accompanying it are the primary vehicle for raising funds to continue and expand this effort.  Our goal for this year, as it is every year is to increase our donations to youth activities.
